No-Refund Policy

Digital Klove sells digital products delivered instantly. Because the full product is transferred to the customer immediately upon purchase and cannot be "returned", we operate a strict no-refund policy.

This policy is disclosed transparently before purchase, in compliance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Exceptions

If you were charged but did not receive access to your download link within 24 hours despite emailing support, we will resolve delivery at no additional cost.
